Abstract

Keyword: management, the 2013 curriculum, adiwiyata program. This study focuses on the following issues: 1). How do the planing of learning done by teachers of Islamic education based Curriculum 2013 in Adiwiyata School Program in preparation of lesson plan and syllabus? 2). How do the implementation of learning undertaken by teachers of Islamic educationt based the 2013 Curriculum in Adiwiyata School Program in the use of instructional media? 3). How do the evaluation of learning conducted by the teacher of Islamic education based the 2013 Curriculum in the Adiwiyata School Program in terms of affective rating? This study aimed to describe more deeply about: first, to describe and analyze the learning plan in the 2013 Curriculum were carried out by Islamic education teachers in Adiwiyata school Program. Second, describe and analyze the implementation of learning based on the 2013 curriculum were carried out by Islamic education teachers in Adiwiyata School Program. Thirdly, describe and analyze the evaluation of learning in the 2013 curriculum conducted by the teachers of Islamic education in Adiwiyata Program. Approaches of this research using qualitative approach, was designed is a case study research. The location were selected is SMAN 5 Jember. The data collection technique that was used is the technique of indepth interviews, observation, documentation. While data analysis is done with review process by using descriptive technique through three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Checking the validity of the findings made by the way: the extension of the participation of researcher and engineering Triangulation of sources and methods. To address the three issues, the researcher used a qualitative approach, while the informants were selected based on purposive method. The collection of data through interviews, observation/observation, documentation. The results of the interview is written in the transcript of the interview, the collected data validity is checked by checking the credibility done by triangulation. Based on the research and the study found that in general the management of Islamic Education learning in SMAN 5 Jember has followed the steps of principles and management functions. Learning plan includes the development of the syllabus, the semester program and manufacture Lesson Plan (RPP) was created by a MGMPS PAI team to receive supervision from Adiwiyata team, the implementation of learning in terms of learning media do in the classroom is vary, but has differences depending on the teacher, evaluation of learning to do with assays for cognitive and non-test for psychomotor and affective aspects, but specifically for affective use some additional instruments such as absenteeism and a form prepared by the central education authorities. In an effort to enhance the instructional management better, in this study suggested should improve the control or supervision of the administration on PAI teacher performance, should review and innovations on the Islamic education learning management, by making improvements to; learning plan linked to appropriate learning objectives and appropriate competencies to be achieved, syllabus, textbooks are already standard, time allocation, and the formulation of learning outcomes evaluation system.
