Abstract
Shadaqah for waste and used cooking is one of the programs at LAZDA RIZKI Jember, this program was formed to improve the community's mindset towards waste and educate the public to care about the environment so that it is maintained, apart from that this program was formed to increase income and empower the community which is synonymous with housewives to have additional activities and additional savings. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type. In an effort to empower the community's economy through the waste and waste cooking charity program, there are 5 empowerment concepts. First, capital assistance. Second, assistance for infrastructure development. Third, mentoring assistance. Fourth, institutional assistance. Fifth, partnership assistance.
