Abstract

The mining industry is an economic sector that has great potential in increasing the country's foreign exchange. In this context, the foreign exchange referred to is income from exports of mining products such as coal, oil, metals and other minerals. The problem formulation in this research is: 1) What is the impact of stone processing in improving community welfare at PT. Dafalia Shining Light? 2) What is the impact of stone processing from a benefit perspective. The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the impact of stone processing in improving community welfare at PT. Dafalia Shining Light. 2) To describe the impact of stone processing from a benefit perspective.
This approach uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, namely data obtained in the form of words, images or not numbers. This research is a type of descriptive research method because this research aims to provide an overview of the analysis of the impact of stone processing at PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang in improving community welfare (Krajingan Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency) from a Benefit perspective.
This research concluded that: 1) PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang processes products such as stone with special sizes that are suitable for various construction purposes, such as building foundations and other structures. Larger sized stones are used for road construction and bridge construction, the welfare of the community is also helped because the income at PT Dafalia is up to Jember's UMR salary, with the existence of PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang it can improve the prosperity of the Jember community. 2) The impact of stone processing affects the welfare of the community at PT. Dafalia Shining Light. PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang processes products such as stone with special sizes that are suitable for various construction purposes, such as building foundations and other structures. The impact obtained in stone processing at PT Dafalia Sinar Gemilang has fulfilled the main objective of Islamic law, namely the welfare of society.
