Abstract

Online learning is identical to using application media and internet
networks, making the conditions for educators and students unable to meet
face-to-face in learning, but the learning process and results are strived to
run as they should. In addition, online learning that is being implemented
for the first time needs to be managed properly so that the learning process
can run well and student learning outcomes can increase. The focus of the
research includes: 1. How is the Concept of online learning planning in
improving the process and learning outcomes of students at Junior High
School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi?. 2. How is the pattern of
online learning implementation in improving the process and learning
outcomes of students at Junior High School Plus Cordova Tegalsari
Banyuwangi? 3. How is the model of online learning evaluation in
improving the process and learning outcomes of students at Junior High
School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi?.
This study aims to 1. Describe and analyze online learning planning
concept in improving student learning processes and outcomes, 2. Describe
and analyze online learning implementation pattern in improving student
learning processes and outcomes, and 3. Describe and analyze online
learning evaluation model in improving the process and learning outcomes
of students at Junior High School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi
This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, data
collection techniques through passive participation observation, semistructured interview, and documentation, data analysis using qualilative
descriptive with interactive model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the
following steps: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing
and verification, as well as data validity using source triangulation, technical
triangulation and member check.
The results of this study indicate that 1. Online learning planning
concept in improving the process and learning outcomes of students at the
Junior High School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi: a). The school
conducts a necessary needs analysis. b). The school sets goals in accordance
with the targets and expectations school. c). Schools set several programs
including: Teacher teaching the subjects taught are in accordance with thequalifications and competence in their fields and schools prepare teacher
training in online learning. 2. Online learning implementation pattern in
improving the process and learning outcomes of students at the Junior High
School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi: a). There are adequate
electronics for teachers and students. b). The learning process through
several applications and the link to the learning process is given by the
teacher. c). The teacher has followed the technology guidance 3. Model of
online learning evaluation in improving the process and learning outcomes
of students at Junior High School Plus Cordova Tegalsari Banyuwangi: a).
File form through the Whatsapp application and instructions in Video Call.
b). Attendance system by being called in Whatsapp and filling in Google
forms. c). The materials and evaluations are uploaded by the teacher to
Youtube and Googlesites.
