Abstract
ABSTRAK
Taslima, Dr. Khamdan Rifa’i, S.E, M.Si, 2022: Strategi Technical selling Dalam Distribusi Produk Kesehatan Pada Perusahaan Multi level marketing di PT. Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia Cabang Kraksaan, Kabupaten Probolinggo.
Strategi technical selling merupakan strategi dalam meningkatkan penjualan dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa masalah yang dihadapi calon konsumen, lalu setelah itu menunjukkan bagaimana produk yang ditawarkan dapat mengatasi masalah si konsumen. Strategi tersebut merupakan srtategi yang digunakan perusahaan multi level marketing dalam melakukan penjualan produk untuk memperoleh profit yang sangat tinggi.
Berdasarkan pemaparan latar belakang masalah diatas, maka penulis merumuskan beberapa permasalahan yang menarik untuk dikaji dan dianalisis, diantaranya: 1) Bagaimana Proses Distribusi Produk Kesehatan Pada PT. Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia Cabang Kraksaan, Kabupaten Probolinggo? 2) Bagaimana penerapan technical selling dalam distribusi produk kesehatan di PT. HDI Cabang Kraksaan? 3) Bagaimana dampak strategi technical selling dalam distribusi produk kesehatan di PT. HDI Cabang kraksaan ?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Stokis atau Kantor HDI Cabang Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan atau kesimpulan. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Proses distribusi produk kesehatan di PT. HDI Kabupaten Probolinggo dilakukan secara langsung artinya dari perusahaan langsung ke tangan distributor untuk dipromosikan dan ditawarkan kepada konsumen. 2) Penerapan strategi technical selling dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penjualan produk secara langsung atau face to face dengan metode pendekatan individual. 3) Dampak dari strategi technical selling ini berdampak positif. Dampak positifnya antara lain menjalin hubungan baik sesama konsumen, lebih mudah untuk mempengaruhi konsumen, konsumen lebih mudah menyampaikan keluhan.

The technical selling strategy is a strategy to increase sales by indetifying and analizing the problems by potential customer, then showing how the products offered can solve the problems of the consumers. This strategy used by multi level marketing companies in selling products to get very high profit. Based on the explanation of the background of the problem above, then the authors formulates several interesting problems to be studied and analyzed, including: 1) how is the health of products distribution process at PT. Harmoni Dynamic Indonesia Kraksaan branch, Probolinggo Regency? 2) how is the implementation of technical selling in the distribution of health products at PT. Harmoni Dynamic Indonesia Kraksaan Branch, Probolinggo Regency? 3) what is the impact of the technical selling strategy in the distribution of health products at PT. Harmoni Dynamic Indonesia Kraksaan Branch, Probolinggo Regency?
This study uses a qualitative research approach, while the type of research is desceiptive. The location of this research is Stokis or HDI branch office Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency. Determination of informants using purposive technique. Techniques of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing and conclusion. The data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. While the validty of the data using source triangulation techniques. The result of this study are: 1) Distribution process of health products at PT. Harmoni Dynamic Indonesia Kraksaan Branch, Probolinggo District is carried out directly means from the company directly to the hands of the distributor to be promoted and offered to consumers. 2) The implementation of the technical selling strategy is carried out by selling products directly or face to face with an individual approach method with the concept is a message that must get attention, become interested be interested and take action in the form of a purchase decision. 3) The impact of this technical selling strategy has a positive impact. The positive impact include establishing good relations with fellow consumers, making it easier for consumens to influence consumers for to submit complaints.
