Pd., M.M .Keywords: Multicultural Values, Student Character.Multicultural education plays a crucial role in shaping tolerant and diversity -respecting student character. However, limited integration of multicultural values hinders interaction among students. Despite this, multicultural approaches have been shown to enhance tolerance, learning motivation, and academic achievement. Therefore, internalizing multicultural values in education, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), is a strategic step to strengthen unity amid diversity.Thefocusandobjectives ofthisresearcharetoanalyze:1)Howaremulticultural values integrated into the Islamic Religious Education curriculum for character building of students at MTs Negeri Fakfak, West Papua? 2) How is the multicultural education model of Islamic Religious Education implemented in shaping student character at MTs Negeri Fakfak, West Papua? 3) How is the evaluation of the implementation of multicultural values in Islamic Religious Education for character building at MTs Negeri Fakfa k, West Papua conducted?This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include in -d epth interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis employs the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data collectio n, data condensation, and conclusion drawing, to thoroughly analyze the internalization of multicultural values in character building at MTs Negeri Fakfak, West Papua.The research findings conclude that: 1) The integration of multicultural values in Islamic Religious Education at MTs Negeri Fakfak effectively fosters tolerant and inclusive student character. Despite challenges, this approach successfully nurtures mutual respect in a diverse environment and is worthy of being a model for character education in multicultural societies. 2) The multicultural education model in Islamic Religious Education at MTs Negeri Fakfak shapes students to be religious, tolerant, and sens itive to diversity through an integrative approach, Islamic values, active learning methods, and teacher involvement. 3) T he application of multicultural values i n Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MTs Negeri Fakfak, West Papua, has significantly impacted the development of tolerant, empathetic, and inclusive student character. Students have become more appreci ative of differences, are able to interact harmoniouslywithindiversecommunities,anddemonstrateimprovedmoral,social,and self-c onfidence in a multicultural environment.
