Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is one of the business sectors that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. MSMEs are a good place for productive employment creation. MSME is a labor-intensive business, does not require certain requirements such as the level of education, expertise (skills) work, and the use of relatively little business capital and the technology used tends to be simple. MSMEs still play an important role in improving the Indonesian economy, both in terms of the number of businesses, in terms of job creation, and in terms of national economic growth as measured by Gross Domestic Product. Its role in driving the pace of economic growth and employment is very large. The focus of the research in this thesis is: 1) What is the Developmnent Strategy for skullcap Wmbriodery SMEs in Manpower Absorption in Beji Pasuruan District? 2) What are the factors that hamper the development of skullcap embroidered SMEs in labor absorption? This research aims to: 1) To find out and describe the strategy of developing what is embroidered skullcap MSMEs in order to absorb labor in Beji Pasuruan District. 2) To find out and describe the factors that hinder the development of Embroidered skullcap SMEs in the absorption of labor in Beji Pasuruan District. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. In determining the research subject using purposive and using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) Embroidered skullcap SMEs in Beji Pasuruan Subdistrict use several development strategies, capital, cooperation, labor. The development strategies are strategy management, marketing management, production strategy, and human resource management. 2) Factors that hinder the development of skullcap embroidery SMEs are market opportunities in marketing (competition) and labor, solutions to market opportunities in marketing (competition) are more creative and innovative in making pattern designs on skullcap embroidery, and in the workforce providing training in a directly from the owners of Embroidered skullcap SMEs or employees who are experts in their fields, if something goes wrong it will be evaluated if there are no changes it will be replaced with new employees
