Abstract

The use of sex robots as a fulfillment of sexual needs, will definitely happen in the future, a time when humans really need technology in their lives, starting from work and sexual relations. This needs to be studied with maqashid shari'ah regarding benefits and psychological studies regarding the impact of using sex robots. So the author chose the title of "Analysis of the Use of Female Robots as a Substitute for Fulfillment of Sex Needs, Maqashid Shari'ah Perspectives and Psychology" to be the object of research.
The following is the focus of the study in the scientific writing. 1. How is the mechanism system for using robots as a substitute for fulfilling sexual needs. 2. How is the psychological analysis regarding the use of female robots as a substitute for fulfilling sexual needs and their impact. 3. How to use female robots as a substitute for fulfilling sexual needs according to maqashid shari'ah.
The purpose of this study is to explain, describe, and analyze the use of robots as a substitute for fulfilling sexual needs, the perspective of maqashid alsyari'ah analysis, and psychology related to systematic use, and its impact. This research is classified as library research with content and perspective analysis techniques using maqashid al-syari'ah and psychology.
The conclusion of the research, the first is the system and method of using the robot as a sexual need, and the partner, essentially after clicking the on button on the robot, immediately touches the robot's body parts whose skin is made of silicone like having sex with humans. iu robots serve according to consumer directions, and user manuals. Second, according to maqashid sharia, as long as it provides benefits for humans, in terms of maintaining the soul, and maintaining offspring, then the use of robots as sex partners can be considered. according to the psychological analysis of the use of sex robots, seen from the side of the benefits, for consumers who have psychological disorders, trauma with love stories, households, when consumers cannot accept human presence, then with the existence of sex robots, equipped with features, and programs designed to serve, through the approach, and provide therapy.
