Abstract

Ela Muftafidah, Rini Puji Astuti, S.Kom., M.Si 2021: "Pawn Guaranteed Goods Risk Management at PT. UPC Jenggawah Pawnshop Jember" Humans require money to satisfy their basic necessities. Money is constantly required to get and pay for numerous wants, which may be a problem if they do not have the financial means to satisfy these desires. As a result, they are obliged to rely on financial services to borrow money from a variety of current sources. Everything is done in order to obtain money for life's essentials. However, as time passes, along with the epidemic, people's lives become increasingly tough, leading to many individuals using harmful tactics to obtain money and affecting the pawnshop. As a result, while picking pledged collateral, a guarantor institution must be extra cautious. The focuses of the problem in this study were: 1. How was risk management in security at PT. Pegadaian UPC Jenggawah Jember? 2. What was the role of the employees of a company in the application of risk management on collateral at Pt. Pegadaian UPC Jenggawah Jember? The purposes of this study were: 1. To determine risk management at PT Gadai Agunan. Upc Jenggawah Jember Pegadaian 2. To determine the role of implementing a company's employees in risk management at PT Gadai Agunan. Upc Jenggawah Jember Pegadaian The technique used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was done in three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In terms of data validity, source triangulation is an effective method. The results showed that: 1. PT .Pegadaian Jenggawah Jember unit in managing the risk of pawning by classifying collateral based on the type in accordance with the applicable SOP .2 .Employees at PT Pegadaian .Jenggawah unit of Jember had their respective roles in managing the collateral.
