Abstract
This study aims to produce integrated natural science teaching materials to Islamic values based on Ploomp theory for junior high school students in the form of students’ textbooks which reach valid, practical, and effective criteria, as well as learning achievement tests (TPB) which reached valid, practical, and reliable criteria. This research is a development research which is divided into 5 phases, namely: (1) initial investigation phase, (2) design phase, (3) realization / construction phase, (4) test phase, evaluation, and revision, and (5) phase implementation. Product validity criteria are seen from the results of expert validation until they reach valid criteria for textbooks and are very valid for TPB. The practicality of the product reaches a very practical category in terms of the practicality sheet of teachers and students as well as observations of the implementation of learning. Product effectiveness in terms of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Learning devices are said to be valid because they have been declared valid by the assessor. According to the evaluation of the assessor, the average score of the criteria for all teaching materials is 3.3; and for THB is 3.58. So that the two devices can be said to be valid. In addition, learning devices are said to be practical because experts (validators) state that the device can be used with a few revisions and student activities show good categories. Learning devices are said to be effective because they have met two ndicators of predetermined effectiveness, student responses to positive learning where the minimum percentage of all statements is 82.21% and TBH results meet valid criteria with a minimum of rxy = 0.73; and reliable with a value of α = 0.57.
