Abstract

The are two main aspects that should be paid attention for realizing a natiom development. First, the effort to achive development is based in the better success to create the education quality than before. Second, the success of education quality development is based on preparing and creating profesional teachers who have new power and responsibility to plan a future school. For getting those, Indonesian government has taken policies to create a profesional, valued, and prosperous teacher, such as quality improvement, competence improvement, teacher satisfaction, teacher career development, professional teacher’s allowance, reward and protection, additional benefit, and so on.
