Eksistensi Pesantren Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso semakin berkembang
ditengah masyarakat sekitarnya. Salah satunya karena menggunakan Kurikulum
muadalah muallimin yang bersifat khas dan unik. Dari struktur kurikulum terdapat
beberapa pengembangan dari standar kurikulum pendidikan yang ditetapkan oleh
Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam kemudian dikombinasikan dengan Gontor dan
berdasarkan kebutuhan. Penyusunannya didasari oleh berbagai pertimbangan kiai
dan dewan masyayikh. Selain itu, kurikulum tersebut juga bersifat komprehensif
dengan memadukan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler.
Fokus Penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum
muadalah di Pondok pesantren Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso? 2) Bagaimana
model pengembangan kurikulum muadalah di Pondok pesantren Darul Istiqomah
Bondowoso?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Implementasi kurikulum
muadalah di Pondok pesantren Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso. 2) Model
pengembangan kurikulum muadalah di Pondok pesantren Darul Istiqomah
Bondowoso..
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualititatif, dengan
jenis studi kasus dan rancangan fenomenologis, serta teknik penggalian data
melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisisnya
penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif interaktif dengan model Miles Huberman
dan Saldana.
Temuan penelitian: 1) Implementasi kurikulum muadalah di Pondok
pesantren Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso melalui a). perencanaan, terdiri
daritahapan, cara/ strategi, masa/waktu. b). pelaksanaan melalui jadwal harian,
mingguan, bulanan, semesteran dan tahunan. c).evaluasi menggunakan model
CIPP (konteks, input, proses, produk) 2) Model pengembangan kurikulum
muadalah di Pondok pesantren Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso menggunakan model
Grass Roots dengan langkah langkah sebagai berikut; a).Dewan Asatidz
merumuskan tujuan segingga dewan asatidz harus kompeten; b). Dewan Asatidz
harus selalu ikut serta dalam perbaikan kurikulum dan penyeleaian masalah
kurikulum; c). Dewan Asatidz harus berpartisipasi langsung dalam perumusan
tujuan, Pemilihan materi, dan penentuan Evaluasi; dan d). Mengadakan pertemuan
dewan asatidz untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum

The existence of Darul Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School, Bondowoso is
increasingly growing in the surrounding community. One of the reasons is because it
uses the muadalah muallimin Curriculum which is distinctive and unique. From the
curriculum structure, there are several developments from the education curriculum
standards set by the Director General of Islamic Education then combined with
Gontor and based on needs. The preparation is based on various considerations from
the kiai and the council of masyayikh. In addition, the curriculum is also
comprehensive by combining intracurricular, extracurricular and co-curricular.
The focus of this research is: 1) How is the implementation of the muadalah
Education unit curriculum at the Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding
School? 2) How is the development model of the muadalah Education unit
curriculum at the Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School? The
objectives of this study are: 1) Implementation of the muadalah Education unit
curriculum at the Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School. 2) The
development model of the muadalah Education unit curriculum at the Darul
Istiqomah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School..
This study uses a qualitative research approach, with a case study type and
phenomenological design, as well as data collection techniques through interviews,
observations, and documentation. While the analysis of this study uses interactive
descriptive with the Miles Huberman and Saldana models.
Research findings: 1) Implementation of the curriculum of the muadalah
Education unit at the Darul Istiqomah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School through
a).
planning, consisting of stages, methods/strategies, periods/time. b).
implementation through daily, weekly, monthly, semester and annual schedules. c).
evaluation using the CIPP model (context, input, process, product) 2) The curriculum
development model for the muadalah Education unit at the Darul Istiqomah
Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School uses the Grass Roots model with the following
steps; a). The Asatidz Council formulates objectives so that the Asatidz Council must
be competent; b). The Asatidz Council must always participate in improving the
curriculum and solving curriculum problems; c). The Asatidz Council must
participate directly in formulating objectives, selecting materials, and determining
evaluations; and d). Holding an Asatidz Council meeting to evaluate the curriculum
